| 摘 要： | 以辽宁大学环境学院实验中心为例,通过对省属“211”院校下属的理科学院实验中心建设及管理模式的改革和实践,从实验室硬环境及软环境两个方面,剖析了实验室管理中存在的主要问题,探索了问题的解决办法；并针对发展过程中出现的新问题,提出建设性的解决方案,为高校实验室建设管理模式的改革和创新提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | We take laboratory center of college of environment in Liaoning University as an example,through reforms and practices of construction and management mode of laboratory center of science college that belongs to provincial "211" institutions,we analyse the main problems which exist in laboratory management and explore the solutions to the problems from two aspects of laboratory,both hard environment and soft environment.In addition,according to the new problems arising in the development process,we put forward a couple of constructive solutions,which provides reference for the reforms and innovations of the university laboratory construction and management mode. |
