高温胁迫对三种蔬菜抗热性不同的品种萌动种子活力和ATP含量的影响

摘    要:以抗热性不同的两个菜豆品种、两个辣椒品种和两个芹菜品种的萌动种子为材料,研究了高温胁迫对萌动种子活力和ATP含量的影响。结果表明:在高温胁迫下,三种蔬菜热敏品种的种子活力和种子ATP含量的下降率均高于相应抗热品种的。故在高温胁迫下种子活力和ATP含量的变化都可作为作物抗热性的鉴定指标

Abstract:The germinated seeds of 2 cultivars of common bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.),2 of celery(Apium graveolens L.)and 2 of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)with known difference in thermotolerance were used to investigate the effects of high temperature stress on seed vigor and adenosine triphosphat(ATP)content in germinated seeds.The results indicated that in these three vegetables,the decreasing rate of seed vigor and ATP content in the cultivars with lower thermotolerance was higher than that in the cultivars with higher thermotolerance and they could be used as indicators to assess the heat resistance of different cultivars.
