钨磷杂多酸催化连续酯化制备乙酸丁酯

摘    要:对12-钨磷杂多酸(简写为HPW)催化连续酯化制备乙酸丁酯的影响因素做了考察,找到了该酯化反应的最适宜的反应条件。在此条件下,一次投入反应底液10%量的HPW,经过30天近300h的连续酯化,反应仍能正常进行。

Abstract:The present paper reports the conditions for continuous preparation of n-butyl acetate with tungstophosphoric acid as catalyst in detail. An appropriate amount of the heteropoly acid was added once into the reaction ressel for the whole reaction, and after the esterification underwent about 300 h, the catalytic reaction was still in progress normally. The results of constantly dececting productivity and content of the ester show that heteropoly tungstophosphoric acid not only is a highly active and selective catalyst, but also has a characteristic of not corroding equipments basically and not polluting environment. It has a industrialization significance for preparing n-butyl acetate using tungstophosphoric acid in place of sulfuric acid.
