| 摘 要： | 阐述了精神功能的内涵，着重指出正因为具备了物质功能之外的精神功能，才使建筑成其为文化和艺术；精神功能更深刻地反映着建筑的价值。论述了时代性、地方性、个性是建筑文化和艺术的生命，提出对建筑进行评价的功能、环境、技术经济三大综合标准。
