| 摘 要： | 第二次柏林危机一开始,联邦德国与美国的分歧便暴露出来,在是否承认东德、德国重新统一的方式这两个重大的原则性问题上,美国的动摇让联邦德国感到不安。虽然在联邦德国的敦促下,美国最终回到了一贯的立场上,但联邦德国对美国的怀疑却从此扎下了根。第二次柏林危机初期德美之间的分歧表明,同盟体系内部会持续地进行讨价还价,各方都会仔细权衡风险和收益,以实现国家利益的最大化。
