| 摘 要： | 当前中俄经济合作受到诸多非经济因素的干扰,在一定情况下还表现得十分突出,严重阻碍着双方经济关系的深入发展。从中俄合建输油管道生变等事件中可看出,中俄经济合作中存在"暗流",应引起我们的警惕和认真对待。

| Abstract: | Until now there still exists some non-economic factors that disturb the further economic cooperation between them and these factors may be very acute under some conditions. Observing the events happened during the oil pipe co-constructing, we can easily find the"dark stream"existing between two countries'economic cooperation, which deserves our guard and special attention. |
