Abstract:After the esterase isozymes experiment was done, we tested the peroxidase isozymes using SDS poly acryalmide gel electrophoresis technique again for the varieties of 213 types ramie. The results showed: there were six types in these ramies from non-band peroxidase zonal to five. The non-band peroxidase zonal and including five bands were only one and one variety.It was "CHENG BU QING" ramie and "SI CHUANG QING PI" ramie. The others were: one band in the thirty-five varieties; two bands in the ninety varieties; three bands in the seventyfour varities; four bands in the twelve varieties. In accordance with the change of peroxidase isozymes, we have firstly got the forty-one ecotypes.
