| 摘 要： | 山东巡抚李秉衡,深受儒家经典熏陶,忧国忧民,堪称良吏,但对已经巨变的国际局势并不了解,处理中外关系,不懂得文化可以交流,共同进步,仍然坚持尊王攘夷,同意杀洋人,杀教民,拆铁路。思想落后于时代,终为时代淘汰。

| Abstract: | Li Bingheng,the grand coordinators of Shandong,was deeply influnced by Confucian sutra,worried the country and people,so he was regarded as a good placeman.But he didn't understand the changed international situation,when dealing with the relationship between China and foreign countries,he didn't know that culture can exchange and make progress together,and insisted still on respecting the king and resisting foreign aggression,and agreed to kill foreigners and priests and to destroy the railway.Li's thought droped behind the times and he was washed out by the times finally. |
