苦菜提取物对大鼠实验性结肠炎肠组织的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察苦菜提取物对大鼠结肠炎肠组织的保护作用。方法健康sD大鼠建立大鼠结肠炎模型,灌胃用药2周后,评价大鼠结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI),检测结肠组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞肿瘤因子(11NF)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果不同剂量苦菜提取物(100,300,500mg/kg)灌胃均能不同程度降低模型大鼠CMDI、MPO活性,减少MDA含量,提高SOD活性,降低TNF、IL-8、IL—10水平,且与用药剂量呈一定量效关系。结论苦菜提取物通过拮抗氧化、免疫调节、损伤修复作用对缓解结肠炎大鼠炎症反应,减轻结肠损伤有一定的疗效。

Protective effects of patrinia villosa on experimental colitis in rats

Abstract:Objective To observed the protective effect of Patrinia Villosa in rat colitis organization. Methods Rat model of colonitis was established. After treatment with Patrinia Villosa for 2 weeks, the colon mucosal damage index ( CMDI) was evaluated. The activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO), supemxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in colon tissues, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin- 8 (IL- 8) and interleukin - 10 (IL- 10) in serum were examined. Results Patrinia Villosa (100, 300,500 mg/ kg) decreased the values of CMDI, the activity of MPO, the contents of MDA, and the levels of TNF , IL- 8 and IL- 10 , but increased the activity of SOD in a dose - depended manner. Conclusion Patrinia Villosa can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and colonic injury in colitis rats by immunoregulation,anti- oxidation and wound repair. There are protective effect of Patrinia Villosa on colitis intestinal tissue.
