| Abstract: | The orientation of electrophilic addition of hydrogen chloride to vinyl chloride is better understood in terms of dynamic electronic effects and the level of energy of activation for the difficult step in the reaction mechanism instead of static electronic effects. And the comprehension of the nature of Markovminov's rule is also deepened in the same way. |
