基于模糊神经网络的染色机温度控制

摘    要:针对染色过程中温度控制系统具有严重的非线性以及较大的时间滞后性,无法精确建立数学模型的特点,设计了一种模糊神经网络控制算法.该算法能实现对恒温、升温、降温过程的分别控制,以达到提高控制效果的目的.提出模糊神经网络控制方法,并设计出相应的控制器,通过Matlab仿真及实际应用论证了该控制器的可行性.

Abstract:Due to the serious nonlinearity and time retardation of the temperature control system in the dyeing process, mathematical model can not be established accurately. So,a kind of fuzzy-neural network control method is designed. This method can control the constant temperature, temperature rising, de- creasing temperature respectively, to improve the control effect. Aiming at the complexity of the temper- ature control of dyeing machine. Then a fuzzy neural network control method is proposed, and a corre- sponding controller is designed. Furthermore, this controller is proved feasible by Matlab simulation and practical application.
