西昌市中小学校乒乓球运动开展现状的调查与分析

鉴于乒乓球运动对少儿视力、智力、反应、灵敏等有良好的影响。本文通过调查发现,乒乓球运动在中小学校深受学生的喜爱,但未得到广泛的开展。笔者提出必须积极举办各种乒乓球比赛;利用校园空间场地;加强专业师资培训等尝试建议。相信会对这一运动在中小学的积极开展提供参考价值,并能积极推动中小学学生终身体育意识的培养。

Investigation and Analysis of the Actuality of Table Tennis Developing in Middle and Primary Schools in Xichang

Table tennis playing is good for the eyesight,intelligence,reaction and sensitivity of the youth.This paper indicates that table tennis is very popular with primary and middle school students.However,it isn't widely developed.The author puts forward a proposal that it is essential to promote various kinds of table tennis competitions,take use of the space and fields in school and enhance the training of professionals.It is believed that these suggestions can provide reference for carrying out this sport effectively and that at the same time it can develop the sense of lifelong physical education among the primary and middle school students.
