摘    要: 从云南永胜、中甸采集的土壤样品中分离到3株放线菌菌株YIM31658,YIM31679,YIM31777.具有很强的抗灰霉病活性,防效均达到100%.通过对其进行形态特征、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及16SrDNA序列等多相分类研究,确定其分属链霉菌属和链孢囊菌属.

Abstract:Actinomycete strains YIM31658,YIM31679,YIM31777,which had strong activities for restraining pathogenic fungi Botrytis cinerea,isolated from the soil samples collected from Yongsheng and Zhongdian,Yunnan Province.Based on the polyphasic studies,including its morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics,chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,They were proposed as known species of genus Streptomyces and Streptosporangium namely Streptomyces aureus(YIM31658),Streptomyces galilaeus(YIM31679),Streptosporangium roseum(YIM31777).
