| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天，跨国公司直接投资(FDI)成为影响世界经济发展的重要因素。跨国公司直接投资及其所产生的技术溢出效应是东道国获取新技术和先进技术、技能的主要途径。但这种溢出在一定程度上具有潜在性，是有条件的，文章从竞争环境等多个方面论述了技术溢出限制条件。

| Abstract: | In today of economic globalization, the transnational companies' direct investment has become an important factor influencing the development of international economy. The direct investment of transnational companies and the effect of technical overflow caused by it should be the main way for the host country to get new techniques, advanced techniques and skills. However, this kind of overflow is potential and conditional to a certain extent. This paper discusses on the restrictive conditions for technical overflow from some aspects such as competitive environment, etc. |
