钢包精炼炉微机监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了钢包精炼炉微机监控系统的软硬件设计思想及实现方法 .本控制系统采用二级监控 :下位机选用德国西门子SIMATICS5系列可编程控制器 (简称PLC)实现对钢包炉冶炼过程的自动控制 ;上位机选用工业级微机实现生产过程的实时画面监视 .操作人员通过计算机屏幕观测各设备运转状况及冶炼参数瞬时值 ,可及时操纵控制钢水精炼过程 ,实现了钢包炉精炼过程的全自动化

Abstract:This paper introduces the design ideas and realization methods of the computer monitoring and controlling system. This monitoring and controlling system has two grade control. The host computer controls the refining process using SIMATIC S5 programmable controller (PLC). The additional computer monitors the refining process real time using a industry personal computer. The operator monitors the equipment and parameter value of the refining real time on computer screen, operates and controls the refining process, realizes the refining process automatic control.
