高导电率圆铝杆连续铸挤成形技术实验研究

摘    要:为制备高导电率电工圆铝杆,采用连续铸挤技术制备了直径9mm圆满铝杆,借助光学显微镜、材料电子拉伸试验机和双臂直流电桥研究了连续铸挤成形圆铝杆的微观组织、力学性能和导电性能.结果表明,连续铸挤成形技术可制备组织、性能优良的高性能电工圆铝杆.当浇注温度为730℃,铸挤轮转速为15r/min,挤压出口杆温度为500℃,成盘杆空冷至室温时电工圆铝杆的力学性能和导电性能优良,拉伸强度为90.4~95.2MPa,伸长率为21.1%~22.1%,电阻率为27.09~27.20nΩm,为生产高导电率电式圆铝杆开辟了新途径.

Abstract:In order to produce electric aluminum rods with high electric conductivity,9 mm electrical aluminum rods in diameter were prepared by CASTEX process.By means of OM,electronic tensile machine and double arm direct current electric bridge,the microstructures,mechanical properties and electric conductivities of the rods were investigated.The result shows that high-quality electric conductors with excellent microstructures and properties were made by this technology.When the pouring point,revolving speed of casting-extrusion wheel,exit temperature and coiled rods air cooled to room temperature is 730 ℃,15 rpm,500 ℃ and air cooled,the tensile strength,Elongation and electric conductivity is 90.4~95.2 MPa,21.1%~22.1% and 27.09~27.20 nΩm respectively.So a new method for manufacturing high conductivity can be obtained probably.
