| 摘 要： | 多媒体技术与网络技术相互结合而使网络空间异彩分呈，网络数据传送的速度却令人们多少有些遗憾，这主要是由于带宽的限制；因此多媒体数据（特别是图像数据）传输是多媒体网络技术的一个重要问题。本文以信息处理技术和心理视觉特性为基础，对网络传输图像数据的常用压缩码技术的基本原理做了较为综合的介绍、分析，并在一定程度上揭示其技术内核

| Abstract: | The combination of multimedia and network technology makes an extraordinary network world.However,it's a pity that the data transferring speed of multimedia is not satisfying.This weakness is mainly caused by the restriction on frequency band,therefore,the data transferred of multimedia (especially the image data) is a pretty important issue in multimedia network techniology.Basing on the technology of information processing and the characteristic of psychological vision,this thesis gives a comprehensive introduction and analysis,which counters the principles of the compressing coding technique in network's transferring image data.Moreover,it reveals the kernel of such technology and is expected to lead to valuable discovery. |
