摘    要:利用CTMAB(三甲基十六烷基溴化铵)具有相转移催化和增敏络合体系等特性,建立了用可见分光光度法测定己烯雌酚(DES)的方法。研究表明,DES能将Fe(Ⅲ)还原成Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)与k[Fe(CN)61在CTMAB存在的环境下形成稳定的多元胶束络合体系,其最大吸收波长在736nm处。DES的质量浓度在0.03256~0.6521ug/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程A=0.0027+0.3990P(μg/mL),相关系数R2=0.9991,摩尔吸光系数s=5.43×105(L·mol-1·cm-1),检出限1.35μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.89%,方法用于测定奶粉中DES含量,回收率为89-3%~101.6%。

Abstract:A catalytic and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of diethyl- stilbestrol(DES) with CTMAB has been developed. The method is based on the phase transfer cataly- sis and sensitive complex ation characteristic of CTMAB. The study showed that Fe ( Ⅱ) was re- duced to Fe ( Ⅱ ) by DES and a stable multi-micelle complex was formed by Fe (Ⅱ ) and K3 [Fe (CN)6] in the existence of CTMAB, the maximum absorption is at at 736 nm. Lambert-Beer law was well obeyed at DES concentrations ranging from 0. 032 56 to 0. 652 1 μg/mL, regression equation was A = 0. 002 7+0. 399 0 p , correlation coefficient R2 was O. 999 1, detection limit was 1.35 μg/mL and the molar absorption coefficient was ε = 5.43 ×105(L. mol-1· cm-1) ; the relative standard devia- tion was 0.89%. The proposed method was used in the determination of DES in powdered milk and the recovery was 89.3% ~ 101.6%.
