电子商务的发展面临着许多问题,其中客户与网站间的实时信息交互问题最为迫切.因此,根据ALICE的工作机制,采用JAVA、PROGRAM D、AIML技术,运用数据库技术、知识库原理、推理规则、推理策略, 设计了软件机器人的结构、工作流程、知识处理流程及支撑人机自动协商的推理机.拓展了聊天机器人ALICE的应用, 为电子商务订单处理的实时在线协商与谈判提供了新的工具.

Software-robot for E-commerce Order Real-time Processing

The development of E-commerce faces many problems, among them the real-time man-machine interaction is most important. Therefore, according to the working mechanism of ALICE, applying the technology of JAVA, PROGRAM D and AIML, and utilizing database technology, knowledge theory, inference rules and inference strategy, the structure, the work flow, the knowledge-processing flow of software-robot have been designed. It is beneficial to widen the applications of ALICE, and provide a new way for real-time online negotiation in E-commerce orders.
