摘    要:分别采用生物测定法、分光光度法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测云南放线酮(4-[2-(3,5-Dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclohexyl)-2-hydroxy-ehthy]-piperidine-2,6-dione)的含量,结果表明在这3种方法中,生物测定法灵敏度较后二法低,但能反应真实的生物学效应,并具有不需特殊设备,操作简便的特点,适用于处理样品量较多的定性和定量测定;分光光度法检测速度快、检测灵敏度较高,适用于中等样品量的定量测定;而HPLC法检测准确、灵敏度最高,则适用于样品量较少的精确定量测定.

Abstract:The microbiological assay method,UV spectrophotometry method and HPLC method were selected to determine the content of Yunnan-actidione(4-[2-(3,5-Dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclohexyl)-2-hydroxy-ehthy)-piperidine-2,6-dione).The result indicated that the microbiological assay method,because of its high sensitivity,no need of special equipment and easy to handle,is suitable for the qualitative analysis and quantitative determination for large amount samples;The UV spectrophotometry method,because of its fast testing speed and higher sensitivity,can be used to assay the middle amount of samples.However,The HPLC assay method,because of its the highest sensitivity,can be used to assay the small amount of samples precisely and quantitatively.
