有机磷生物传感器的研制

摘    要:有机磷生物传感器对于环境分析十分必要.利用乙酰胆碱酯酶与有机磷农药之间的特殊的亲和力,以乙酰胆碱酯酶为固定相,采用石英晶体用来做载体的材料,研制有机磷传感器.初步得到酶固定的最佳pH值及其浓度环境为pH=7,乙酰胆碱酯酶浓度为C=0.0133mol.l-1.并对敌百虫溶液进行测定,证明了pH值和浓度条件的合理性.

Abstract:Organophosphorus biosensor is important for analysis of environment. Research is made on biosensor by using special appetency between acetylcholinesterase and organophosphorus pesticide,stationary phase of acetylcholinesterase,and adopting quartz crystal to make carrier. To get hold of most pH of enzyme-coated and its consistence of pH=7,acetylcholinesterase consistence is C=0.0133mol.l-1. Its rationality is proved by mensurating the metrifonate.
