| 摘 要： | 供应链管理(SCM)是最近两年才开始的热门事务,它的开发将为我国汽车产业及其供应链上的各类相关企业提供先进的、适合中国国情的管理经验,有助于推动我国汽车行业的信息化向社会化、专业化方面发展。芜湖奇瑞的供应链管理模式是利用Internet超越时空的能力,将奇瑞与其供应链上的所有供应商紧密连接在一起,熔合为一个共同服务于奇瑞客户的网络扩展企业。

| Abstract: | Supply Chain Management started to be popular in recent two years,its development would offer advanced and suitable management experience to our auto industry and related enterprise on its supply chain.And it would promote our auto industry's information to more social and special.The mode of Chery's SCM is to connect Chery and all suppliers on its chain together and to mix all of them into one that serve Chery's customer net extended enterprise. |
