小学英语教师培训的有效模式选择——以湖南为例

湖南省农村小学英语教师发展的水平低,已成为制约农村义务教育的瓶颈。为促进湖南经济社会又好又快地发展,加快农村义务教育事业的发展,湖南省采取多种模式开展农村小学英语师资培训。三年的实践表明,＂顶岗实习,置换培训＂是农村小学英语教师培训的有效模式,有利于促进教师专业发展。

An Efficient Mode of Primary English Teacher Training： A Case Study of Hunan

The low quality of Hunan rural primary English teachers has become a choke point of rural compulsory education.Hunan province has tried kinds of models to improve rural primary English teacher training in order to promote sound and rapid development of both Hunan economy and society and rural compulsory education.The three-year practice shows that the model of ＂Training In-service Teachers through Normal Students Full-time Teaching Practice＂ is a great help to the teacher development in the rural areas.
