| 摘 要： | 期刊评优是促进期刊质量全面提高的有效方法,但评优过程中会遇到多种不确定性的干扰,用集对分析理论可以客观地分析评优中的不确定性,估计不确定性中可确定的部分,揭示出期刊的发展潜力.

| Abstract: | It is an effective method to improve the all-round quality of journal to conduct comparison and appraisal among different journals.But the appraisers are often disturbed by many undefinable factors in the process.Based on Set Pair Analysis,an objective analysis is made available,together with an estimate of definable part in the undefined so as to predict the potentiality of journal. |
