新建高层建筑对下方隧道影响的测试分析

摘    要:在既有地下工程上方新建高层建筑,则高层建筑施工将对地下工程产生不利影响.通过采用现场监控量测与有限元数值模拟相结合的方法,对高层建筑施工整个过程对隧道的影响进行了研究.计算结果与现场实测数据相比较,得出隧道处于安全的工作状态.因此,在既有地下结构上方新建建筑时,宜采用桩基础形式,并采取施工措施降低对其不利的影响.

Abstract:A high-rise building which was constructed on the ground with a tunnel may affect the safety of the tunnel.In this paper monitoring and FEM was used to systematically study the influences on the tunnel caused by construction of upper high-rise building.Through comparing the result of calculation with monitoring,conclusion was draw that the tunnel is safe.Hence,when build construction over the existing underground structure,the pile foundation and measures should be used to diminish adverse effect.
