外压薄壁短圆筒临界失稳压力理论及试验研究

摘    要:对于外压薄壁容器来说,保证壳体的稳定性是能够正常操作的必要条件。故临界压力Per是判断外压薄壁容器失效的主要依据。通过模拟外压薄壁短圆筒的失稳实验,对不同规格的外压薄壁短圆筒的稳定性进行了研究,讨论了其失稳特征,以及影响Pcr的因素。

Abstract:For a thin vessel under external pressure, it is an essential condition in normal operation to ensure its stability, therefore, the critical pressure, Pcr,is the main basis to judge the stability of a thin vessel under external pressure.In this paper,by experimenting a number of simulated thin pressure vessels under external pressure, the author studies the stability of the thin vessels under external pressure in different dimension,and discusses their characteristics in buckling and the factors affecting Pcr.
