| 摘 要： | 利用企业单位时间向外界环境排放污染物量及其减少量之间的关系,建立了企业的污染物排放规律的动态模型·该模型刻画了企业排污量的分布情况,利用它可以在污染物自净率已知时进行环境污染预测,以及在一定经济增长与环境保护偏好下进行经济 环境系统优化·

| Abstract: | An enterprises' pollutant dumping dynamic model was set up, according to the periodical pollutant dumping to the enviroment and its decrement. The model can give a distribution picture of the regional pollutant dumping, when the natural reducing rate is given. The total quantity of the pollutant can be forecasted. The regional economic enviroment system can be optimized when the preference between economic growth and enviroment protect is given. |
