| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着职业教育的跨越式发展,中职教师队伍专业化建设也取得了一些成绩,主要表现在队伍数量明显壮大、结构日趋合理、＂双师型＂师资队伍建设取得突破、培训基地建设较为完善等。但同时仍存在一些问题,针对这些问题,以江西省为例,提出了相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the secondary vocational education’s fast development, the level of teachers in Jiangxi Province has made big progress, mainly in the ranks of the number, the reasonable structure, the construction of ＂Double-master＂ and the perfection of the training base construction. But there are still some problems. To address these issues, this paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures. |
