Stewart并联机床瞬时刚度分析与应用

摘    要:对并联加工机床的6-6 Stewart并联机构动态加工过程进行了分析,利用螺旋矢量方法建立了机床6-6并联机构刚度数学模型,计算了动态瞬时刚度和刀具的偏移误差,并开发了应用软件,对6-6并联机床结构在多种不同参数变化条件进行了数值模拟.研究结果可为机床精确控制和实时标定提供算法,对优化机构设计、工作空间设计及载荷设计和布置提供理论依据.

Abstract:The investigation is carried out into the tooling process of a 6-6 Stewart parallel machine tool with dynamic features. The derivation into the instantaneous 6-6 parallel structure stiffness mathematical models is performed. The calculation simulation results in the stiffness matrix and cut- ter deflections during tooling process. A self-developed software system has packaged numerical sim- ulations to enable the variety of different structure parameters and tooling conditions. The results provide the algorithms for control and calibrations on the machining accuracy and the theoretical information for optimum configuration, workspace and loading.
