摘    要:研究两种从盘花垂头菊中分离出的高含氧甜没药烯型倍半萜(HOBS)化合物对肿瘤细胞的影响.结果显示HOBS能够诱导人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721凋亡.单细胞电泳实验证明HOBS能够以剂量依赖的方式诱导SMMC-7721细胞损伤,流式细胞技术显示HOBS能够以剂量依赖的方式诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡,凋亡率达到38.9%,Ci(Ca^2+)的测定显示HOBS能够诱导,Ci(Ca^2+)升高,所有的结果证明HOBS能够诱导人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721凋亡.提示这两种化合物有抗人肝癌细胞的SMMC-7721活性,为抗肿瘤药物的设计提供了新的思路.

Abstract:The effects of two novel highly oxygenated bisabolane-type sesquiterpenes (HOBS) isolated from C.Discoideum (Cremanthodium discoidiem) on tumor cells were investigated.The results indicate that HOBS induced DNA damage and apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells both in a dose-dependent manner as revealed by single cell gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry analyses,and the apoptosis rate was up to 38.9%.Measurement of c_i(Ca~(2+)) showed that HOBS could induce elevation of Ca~(2+).All the results suggest that HOBS co...
