高职院校学生实践能力培养路径研究--以高职市场营销专业学生为例

如何帮助学生提高实践能力，如何提升他们的竞争力，是高职教育实践中的一个重要课题。以就业为导向，改变教学模式，大力推进实践教学、工学结合，无疑是增强其实践能力的利器。但是，目前我国的高职教学资源及经验有限，教学模式的彻底转变不可能在一朝一夕之间完成。结合高职市场营销学生特点，充分利用现有教学资源，从培养目标转变、课程设计改革、教学手段改进与教学模式的大胆创新等方面着手，有助于教学工作者摸索出一条切实可行的培养路径。

On Cultivation Path for Students in Higher Vocational institutes

Facing the reality of the poor scores of higher vocational students, how to convert them from poor scores to high abilities and how to improve their competitiveness are the important work for teachers. Undoubtedly, the efforts guided by employment such as changing teaching pattern, carrying out practice teaching vigorously and the combining study and work are the very effective methods. However, the teaching pattern can’t be totally reversed in a very short period because the resource and experience are limited in domestic higher vocational institutes. It helps to find out a feasible cultivation path to make full use of such aspects as existing teaching resources, changing cultivation target, reforming curriculum design, bettering teaching method and bravely innovating teaching method.
