| Abstract: | The paper shows a way to control the ionic nitriding furnace with microcomputer.The system of sprouting vacuum and air_supply,and the relative circuits of the oxisting furnace is changed.The main performance of the furnance in terms of nitriding temperature,DC_voltage,DC_current and vacuum is tested and controlled according to processing requirements for parts streated,so that production quality can be improved. |
