广东沙角A厂2#汽轮机高压缸胀差过大和推力瓦温度过高的分析和处理

摘    要:对广东沙角A厂2#汽轮机在通流部分改造后出现的高压缸胀差过大和推理瓦温度过高问题进行了分析,指出高压缸胀差大的原因是高压缸夹层温度偏低,轴向负推力的出现是导致推力瓦温度升高的原因。提出了加装调节阀门和重新设计推力轴承的解决方法,给出了处理后的结果。

Abstract:The problems that the HP cylinder differential expansion and thrust pad temperature are higher of turbine A2 of Shajiao Power Plant of Guangdong after the reform of flow passage are analyzed.The reason of higher differential expansion is that the temperature between inner and out casing of HP cylinder is low.The reason of higher thrust pad temperature is that a negative thrust occurs.The handling methods installing regulation valve and designing new thrust bearing are presented,and results are introduced in the paper.
