摘    要:目的:建立保健食品SOD活性检测的标准。方法:利用改良Marklund方法测定保健食品(花粉、茶等)中SOD活性。结果:研究pH、温度、邻苯三酚和操作程序等对SOD活性的影响,选择检测条件,其回收率、变异系数(花粉和茶)分别为104%、97%和2.7%、5%。结论:方法简便、稳定、准确,仪器试剂价廉,易于推广。

Abstract:Objective:Establish the detected standard of SOD activity in the health foods. Method:The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the health foods (pollen and tea) was detected by thelimproved Marklnd method.Results: pH,the temperalure O-trihydro xybenzene and operation sequence was respetively studied, and these have an influence On SOD sctivity The determined conditions were choosed. Jhe rate of the recovery the variand coefficient(Pollen and tea) is respectively 104%,and 2.7%,5% .Conchusion:The method is simple and convenient, stable and accurate The instrument and the reagent are cheap It is easily popularized.
