基于读者违规的高校图书馆管理创新研究

摘    要:本文在分析高校读者违规管理现状的基础上,从图书馆更新服务理念、完善图书馆服务管理制度、建立有效的管理沟通机制、推进读者参与图书馆管理制度建设几方面论述了高校图书馆管理创新的内容,并提出管理创新将有效提高高校图书馆管理水平,从而实现跨越式发展。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of management situation of university readers’ regulation violation,this article discusses the contents of university library management innovation from the following aspects:renewing library service concept,perfecting library service management system,establishing effective communication mechanisms for management,and promoting the participation of readers in library management system construction.In addition,it is put forward that management innovation will effectively enhance the management level of university library management,thus realize the leaping development.
