| 摘 要： | 随着国家经济体制从计划经济向市场经济的转变，体育专业大学毕业生的就业途径已进入正常的“双向选择”轨道，社会的需求已成为高等体育教育改革的重要前提，如何在市场的需求与高校教育之间保持一种相对的平衡，这已经成为我们目前高等体育教育面临的一个重要课题。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of economic system from planned economy to market regulation in our country,graduates majoring in physical education adopt the way of double choice to obtain employments,which means advanced physical education must be reformed to suit the needs of society.Therefore we are confronted wifh the important task of keeping a relative balance ketween employment obtaining market's needs and the adranced physical education. |
