| 摘 要： | 湘西南古老民居的保护与开发的矛盾已日益突出．小沙江旅游开发项目较好的处理了这一问题．其中枞木凼村未结构民居，经房屋质量检洲发现房屋主体结构大部分完好，存在部分木构件朽烂等问题，经加固修缮后予以保留．

| Abstract: | The contradiction between protection and development in Southwest of Hunan is becoming more and more prominent. This problem is solved in reformation in Xiaoshajiang project. A wood structure vernacular dwelling in Congmudang village was inspect- ed and found that its main structure was fine but a few members were rotted. After being repaired and reinforced it can be reserved. |
