微米级镀银铜粉常温抗氧化性能的表征方法

摘    要:提出了一种新的方法来表征微米级镀银铜粉的常温抗氧化性能,即通过测定镀银铜粉稀硫酸浸泡液的透光率大小来进行表征。与现行的XRD衍射法相比,该方法具有简单方便且准确性高的特点。

Abstract:A new method was suggested to characterize the anti oxidation capability of micron silver coated copper powder in normal temperature. By checking light transmittance of diluted H 2SO 4 soak of the micron silver coated copper powder, the anti oxidation capability of it in normal temperature can be characterized. Compared with XRD, the new method is more simple and accurate.
