一种基于SRAM的读写控制电路

摘    要:SRAM是一种随机存储器,可以对其进行读写操作,SRAM不需要刷新电路即能保存内部存储的数据,且具有较快的速度,能够提高整体的工作效率。6264是一种典型的SRAM,本文以其为存储器芯片介绍了一种基于SRAM的读写控制电路,以加深对SRAM读写过程的理解。

Abstract:SRAM is a kind of Random Access Memory (RAM),which is characterized with high speed performance and can improve the integrated circuit’s working efficiency.Read-write operations can be processed based on SRAM without refreshing the circuit.This article helps understand the process of read-write operations by introducing a read-write control circuit which is equipped with a typical 6264-SRAM-based memory chip.
