| 摘 要： | 作者以纯铅模拟轧制试验为基础,分析了板坯在立轧、平轧时的变形情况,建立了板坯在立轧、平轧时试样宽展的新模型。试验表明,该模型精度较高,可为热轧窄带钢实施计算机宽度的设定及宽度的自动控制提供技术依据。

| Abstract: | Pure lead slabs are used to simulate steel ones undergoing rolling and the deformation of their deformation in vertical and horizontal rolling passes are analyzed. Thereupon, a model for the spreading of slab during vertical and horizontal rolling is established. Experimentation confirms the high reliability of the model which serves as the technical foundation for calculating the mill width settings and the automatic control of strip width in hot strip rolling. |
