彩色打印校正误差源和误差模型

摘    要:基于现行色彩管理模式和实际应用方式,存在彩色打印校正精度较低的问题,通过分析彩色打印的校正过程,找出影响彩色打印校正精度的主要因素,从而得出影响彩色打印校正精度的5个误差源,包括重复打印、样本色度时变性、分光测色仪检测、打印样本集选取和三维查找表级数.通过理论分析,并设计实验,统计出各误差源的影响程度,从而得出彩色打印校正误差模型的数学表达式,根据数学模型给出一条实现彩色打印高精度校正的途径.

Abstract:Based on the color management systems and the application requirements,there is the question of low precision of color printing calibration.In this paper by analyzing the calibration process of color printing,the primary factors affecting the color printing calibration precision(CPCP) are presented,then the error origins affecting the CPCP are found.The error origins include repeated printing,sample chroma variability,spectroscan detection,printing samples selection and 3D-LUT series.The effects of error origins are calculated by analyzing theory and experiments,then the maths expression on the error model of the color printing calibration is given,and the approach realizing high precise calibration of color printing is presented according to the maths model.
