穿孔板空气薄膜阻尼结构隔声特性

摘    要:为了提高空气薄膜阻尼结构中低频段隔声性能,提出了采用复合穿孔结构的空气薄膜阻尼结构,即穿孔板空气薄膜阻尼结构。首先,利用有限元统计能量(finite element-statistical energy analysis, FE-SEA)混合法构建了空气薄膜阻尼结构的数值模型,并与实验结果进行了对比,验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上,研究了穿孔板空气薄膜阻尼结构孔的位置、穿孔率、孔径及孔的形状和排布方式等结构参数对其隔声性能的影响。研究结果表明,在附加板上穿孔使空气薄膜阻尼的隔声性能有明显提升,而基板上穿孔其隔声性能改善效果不佳。并且穿孔率和孔径是影响隔声性能的重要因素,而孔的形状和排列对隔声性能影响不大。此结构为中低频段空气薄膜阻尼隔声结构设计提供了依据,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the low-frequency sound insulation performance of air film damping structure, this paper proposes the air film damping structure with perforated structure, namely the perforated plate air film damping structure. Firstly, the FE-SEA hybrid method is used to construct the numerical model of air film damping structure, and the validity of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental results. On this basis, the effects of structural parameters such as the location, perforation rate, diameter of holes, shape and distribution of holes on the sound insulation performance of perforated plate air film damping structure holes are studied. The results show that the sound insulation performance of air film damping is significantly improved by perforation on the additional plate, while the sound insulation performance of perforation on the substrate is not improved. The perforation rate and diameter of holes are important factors affecting the sound insulation performance, while the shape and distribution of holes have little effect on the sound insulation performance. This study provides a basis for the design of air film damping and improving of the sound insulation structure at low and medium frequencies, which has important engineering application value.
