水平井中电化学射孔及切割加工的供电研究

摘    要:给出了在水平井中进行电化学加工(射孔和切割)所需输电线路的安排方案。根据该方案,以1km深的水平井为例,着重对其输电线路的电阻进行了分析和估算,结合试验结果给出相应电源容量。在此基础上,提出了在1km深的井下进行电化学加工应具备电源的规格要求。此外,还对井下加工区的供电进行了分析,给出有效的控制的方案。

Abstract:A design for the transmitting electricity circuitry in electrochemical machining (ECM) in horizontal well is presented. A well, which is 1?km in depth, is taken as an instance, and its circuitry resistance is analyzed and estimated based on this design. The power capacitance is advanced in accordance with the test result. On the basis of these, the power specification demanded in ECM at a depth of 1?km in horizontal well is given. Moreover, the control method of supplying power to electrodes is advanced.
