一种高效微机控制镗铣刀架

摘    要:设计了一种用于普通镗床、铣床上的刀架,可以对阶梯内孔、锥孔及其复合回转面、内外螺纹(包括锥螺纹)、端面以单片机为核心进行自动加工。该刀架能够进行实时控制、数字显示,是一种操作方便的自动化刀具。

Abstract:high-efficiency automatic tool carrier applied to common boring machine and milling machine is designed. Using the apparatus contorlled by a single chip microcomputer the stepped hole, conical hole and its compound rotary suface,internal and external screw-thread (taper screw-thread is contained ),end suface may be automatically machined with real-time processing and digital display. It is a convenient in operation and high-efficiency automatic tool.
