| 摘 要： | 了解拉萨市区的英语教学现状及其影响因素，为进一步提高英语教学水平而提出建设性意见。课题组以访谈及问卷调查的方式，共调查了市区6个学校中的58名英语教师和300名学生。文章依据此次调查问卷的分析和访谈的结果，阐述了拉萨市区各中小学校英语教学中存在的问题，并提出了改进的建议。指出只有努力提高英语教师自身素质，树立以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目的的教学观，充分利用多种现代化教学手段，合理选择教材，才能将素质教育真正落到实处。

| Abstract: | In order to improve English language teaching, we have carried out the survey to learn the situation of English teaching in Lhasa Municipality and associated factors. A questionnaire survey has been carried out among 58 teachers and 300 hundred students in 6 schools of Lhasa Municipality. The paper introduces the existing problems and provides suggestions on how to solve the problems. It points out that the all-round education can be carried out only if the teachers improve their professional qualities, change teaching concepts and well use modern teaching techniques and choose suitable textbooks. |
