支序生物地理学方法的发展和应用Ⅱ：应用进展

支序生物地理学经过20年的方法形成、成熟和完善，现已在动物、植物及昆虫的一类群得到了应用，同时也在评价生物地理区划中区域的关系方面发挥了一定的作用，但相对于数量众多的生物门类和种类来说还远远不够。从研究的地区来看，一般研究的范围划分比较组，只能在说明大区和亚区的关系上起作用。目前支序生物地理学的发展有以下3个方向：不断完善方法体系；在更多的生物类群和地理范围得到应用；在更小的区域范围（地区和省）方面的应用。

Methods and application of cladistic biogeography (I: Application progress)

After a developing periods of about 20 years, cladistic biogeography methods have been used to deal with the historical biogeographical problems of animals, plants and insects. But the applications are so limited compared with the large numbers of organism unit and species. Considering the area level, most of those studies were dealing only with the first and second level area relationship, in another words, they deal with the area relationship at region and sub_region levels. The development of cladistic biogeography has three directions. While improving the methods, the methods should be used in more organism species and be used in the lower level area relationships.
