差异蛋白质组学及其应用

摘    要:蛋白质组学是后基因组研究中最主要的部分,其研究策略有2种:一种是"完全"蛋白质组学,目的是检测一种细胞类型或一种组织内基因组表达的所有蛋白质; 另一种是"差异"蛋白质组学,主要是筛选和鉴定不同种类或状态下各样本之间蛋白质组的区别与变化.着重介绍了差异蛋白质组学的特点、研究内容和应用前景,简要介绍了适用于差异蛋白质组学研究的相关技术和近期发展概况.

Abstract:Proteomics is the major research area in the post genome ear. Proteomies rescarch embraces two strategies. One strategy, known as protein global proteomics, aims to characterize all proteins that could be expressed by the genome in a cell or tissue. The other strategy, as differential proteomics, is to identify the different patterns of expression between two or more groups of samples. The concept of differential proteomics, its research extent and applications are discussed, and the corresponding technologies suitable for differential proteomics study are briefly introduced.
