一种新型化学除油工艺的研究

本文从理论和实践两个方面研究了在酸性溶液中的除油机理，提出了一种新型的除油工艺方法。利用Ｆｅ～Ｈ２Ｏ体系的电位～ＰＨ图结合有关电化学理论，推导了过程反应自动进行的热力学条件。同时通过实验验证了这种除、油工艺过程，得出了最住技术条件，并讨论了影响除油效果的有关因素。结果表明，该工艺过程具有较高的实用价值。

Study on A New Chemistry Degreasing Technology

In this paper,the degreasing mechanism in acid solution has been studied in terms of theory and practice.A new technological process of degreasing was proposed .The thermodynamic condition of reaction proceeding spentaneously based on potential/PH diagram of FeH2O system was denyed with the electrochemical theory.At the same time,the best technic al conditions were obtained,and the technologic al process of degreasing was de monstrated by expert ments,the factors affecting the degreasing process were discussed .The results showed that the technological process was qualified with higher practical value.
