| 摘 要： | 过程挖掘又称工作流挖掘,是工作流再设计与分析方法的一项关键技术,能够根据日志中记录的过程实例的执行信息,来重构出一个工作流过程模型,并使得日志中记录的所有轨迹符合这个过程模型的一个实例。总结了过程挖掘的研究内容、系统架构、算法以及现有挖掘工具。对过程挖掘研究目前存在的问题从日志数据、挖掘技术和挖掘结果等三个方面进行了分析和讨论。并介绍了过程挖掘的一个分支—分布式过程挖掘的相关研究内容。

| Abstract: | Process mining, also named as workflow mining, is a technology to reconstruct the workflow model from the running logs of the all the process instances, All the running cases are instances of the process model reconstructed. The definition, research approaches, algorithms, and tools for process mining are summarized in detail, and the challenging research problems are addressed. The related research issues of distrusted process mining, a subfield of process mining, are also discussed. |
