摘    要:从理论上分析了支承受激扰时精密仪器对振动的响应特性与允许振动之间的关系,从而可以根据精密仪器的允许振动,采取相应的防振措施。

Abstract:Theoretically analyses the relation between the allowable vibration of a precise instrument and its response character to the vibration when the supporting is excited.Based on this,appropriate measures for anti vibration can be adopted according to the allowable vibration of a precise instrument.
